Terms of Use
The rules for using Ozoda, in plain language. Apple's standard license applies as well.
Last updated: 7 November 2026
Who we are
Ozoda is published by the developer named on its App Store page. Contact: support@docager.com. In these terms "we" means the publisher and "you" means the person using the app.
License
Ozoda is licensed to you, not sold. Your use is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard EULA, at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, unless the app's App Store page states other terms. These terms add to the standard EULA. If the two conflict, the standard EULA decides.
What the app does, and what is up to you
Ozoda finds items that may be taking up space and lets you remove them. You decide what to remove, so check each item before you confirm.
- On iPhone and iPad, removal goes through the system. Photos and videos move to Recently Deleted and are deleted for good after about 30 days or when you empty that album. With iCloud Photos on, a deletion applies on all your devices.
- On Mac, items move to the Trash unless you choose a permanent option and confirm it.
- Contacts that Ozoda merges cannot be restored from inside the app.
- Sizes shown are estimates. The space actually freed depends on the system.
- Labels such as Safe are suggestions. A file can matter to you even when the app marks it Safe. Keep a backup of anything you cannot replace.
Free and Pro
Ozoda is free to download. Some features need Pro, which is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time Lifetime purchase. A Lifetime purchase does not renew, so the renewal and cancellation terms below apply to the subscriptions only. What Free and Pro include, and the daily limits that apply to Free, may change over time.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before that end, at the price of the plan you chose.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings after purchase: on iPhone or iPad, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Mac, the App Store, your name, Account Settings, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you already paid for.
- Prices and plans. They are shown on the app's App Store page and on Apple's purchase sheet. Prices can change, following Apple's rules, including your consent where Apple requires it.
- Trials and introductory offers. If one is shown on the purchase sheet, the sheet states its length and the price after it. Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription in the same group.
- Several devices. One Pro works on iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in with the same Apple Account, whether you subscribed or bought Lifetime.
- Family Sharing. Whether Pro can be shared with your family group is shown on the app's App Store page.
- Refunds and restore. Apple handles refunds, through reportaproblem.apple.com. Restore Purchases is in the app's Settings.
Using the app properly
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it. Do not use it to remove data you have no right to remove, or to harm others.
Ownership and trademarks
The app, its name, its mark and its content belong to us or our licensors. The license gives you the right to use the app and no ownership of it. Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, App Store and iCloud are trademarks of Apple Inc. Ozoda is an independent product and is not affiliated with Apple.
Warranty and liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of errors or fits a particular purpose, and we are not liable for loss of data or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory law, such as consumer protection rights, or liability that the law does not let us exclude.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend access if you seriously break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this site. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
Apple's standard EULA sets the governing law for the license. For everything else, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live continue to apply.
